Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Emaillion Ltd (“we”, “Emilio”) handles personal data when you visit emilios.ai or emilios.co.il, join the waitlist, sign in to Emilio, or connect third-party products such as Google Ads.
Who we are
The controller is Emaillion Ltd, Israel. Contact: support@emilion.co.il. The product is Emilio, an AI operating system for businesses.
Data we collect
Depending on how you use Emilio we may process: name and email; login and session cookies; workspace (tenant) membership; messages you send to agents; voice conversation metadata; files you upload; billing and payment references; and data you authorize from connected systems (email, support tickets, ads, telephony, websites). Waitlist sign-ups store the email and source you submitted.
Google user data
If you connect Google Ads, Emilio requests only the Google Ads API scope needed to read and manage campaigns you choose to connect. We use that data solely to operate the Emilio workspace you signed into — reporting, drafts, and actions you approve. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with unrelated apps. You can disconnect Google Ads in Emilio → Connections and revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Why we use the data
We use the data to provide the product (login, agents, approvals, integrations), keep the service secure, send transactional mail (invites, password reset), and improve reliability. Agent models (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI) and voice providers (ElevenLabs) process prompts you send in order to generate replies. Side-effecting actions still go through human approval in Emilio.
Cookies and sessions
Emilio uses essential cookies for authentication, tenant selection, and locale. The site also loads Google Tag Manager: GTM-TPCBQX6Q on emilios.ai and GTM-55T7N4L4 on emilios.co.il. Those containers may set measurement and advertising cookies according to the tags configured in them.
Retention and security
Account and workspace data stay until you ask us to delete the tenant or the account. Session cookies expire with the session. Integration tokens are stored encrypted. We apply tenant isolation (including database row-level security) so one customer’s data is not served to another.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@emilion.co.il. You may also close your account or disconnect an integration from the product.
